Welcome to iVisitPrague s.r.o. We value your experience with us. By booking our tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you think these terms and conditions aren’t good, please reconsider using our services.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is officially confirmed when you receive a notification from us via email, phone, or text message.
While all our vehicles are insured, we highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for your trip to the Czech Republic.
Important Travel Requirements
Please bring your passport for driving tours within the Czech Republic or Central Europe.
For international trips, ensure you have the necessary visas.
Tour Participation
By booking a tour with us, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate.
You agree to follow the instructions of your tour guide and adhere to pedestrian pathways and crossings.
iVisitPrague is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages during the tour.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time; late arrivals may be considered no-shows.
Tour Durations and Delays
Tour durations are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or other factors beyond our control.
Payment
Payment for tours must be completed online via our website.
Cancellation Policy
Tours up to $999: Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before the tour.
Bundles from $1000 to $2000: Full refund if canceled more than seven days before the tour.
Tours over $2000: Full refund if canceled more than 14 days before the tour.
No-shows: 100% cancellation fee.
Changing or Canceling a Booking
Requests must be made in writing by replying to our email or using our contact form.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please call our emergency number at +420 778 911 911 or text/WhatsApp to inform your tour guide.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Museums and monuments may close unexpectedly due to strikes, structural issues, etc.
If your assigned tour guide is unavailable due to illness or other reasons, we will do our best to reorganize the tour. Our liability is limited, and we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
Weather Policy
Tours proceed in all weather conditions. We may adjust the itinerary for your comfort and safety. Please dress appropriately and bring necessary items like an umbrella or warm clothing.
No refunds will be provided if you are uncomfortable due to weather conditions.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events that prevent us from providing services, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and will refund the total amount paid.
Czech Law
All participants are expected to obey Czech laws and behave appropriately. Any disruptive behavior may result in exclusion from the tour without compensation.
Internet
Internet connection via the guide’s hotspot is provided during scheduled tours. If technical issues arise, no refund will be issued.
Insurance
Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance.
Medication
If you require medication, please bring it with you. We are not responsible for any health issues due to missing medication.
Changes by iVisitPrague
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances but will always try to avoid this. Clients will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone.
Changes by Clients
Any changes to the booking must be confirmed via email. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Complaints
We ask that any complaints or claims be submitted via email within 48 hours of the end of your tour. Complaints received after this period cannot be appropriately investigated and will be considered invalid.
Privacy Policy / GDPR
All personal data clients provide are private and handled according to the GDPR.
Data collected: Name, email address, phone number. These are used strictly for communication about the tour.
Data security: Access to data is secured by passwords and antivirus protection.
Data is not shared with third parties.
Clients can request deletion of their data at any time.
Cookies Policy
Our website uses Google Analytics cookies for analytical and performance purposes. A pop-up window informs visitors of this.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked to from our site.
Photography
Upon mutual agreement, tour guides may take photos of clients for promotional purposes.
